Co-owner / Head Coach
Mike Domm brings over 20 years of coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels to Southern Tier Strikers. A proven teacher of the game, Domm has built a reputation for developing players who thrive technically, tactically, and mentally.
He currently serves as an Assistant Coach for Alfred State Men’s Soccer and has previously coached at East Rochester High School, where he guided the Bombers to three Section V titles and the 2020 New York State Class C Championship. Domm also spent over a decade at SUNY Brockport, rising to Associate Head Coach, and has coached at Finger Lakes Community College alongside Vince Correa. In 2025, he led Eastside United FC in the UPSL, earning Western NY Coach of the Season honors.
As a player, Domm was an All-American at Brighton High School and was later inducted into the Section V Hall of Fame for his accomplishments. He began his collegiate career at Mercyhurst University, where he led the team in goals (26 goals) during both seasons and helped guide the Lakers to the NCAA Division II Final Four. Domm then transferred to Fredonia, where he became a two-time NCAA All-American, earned SUNYAC Player of the Year, and cemented himself among the program’s all-time leaders in goals, assists, and points. He still holds the SUNYAC single-season records for goals and points. Domm went on to play professionally for the Rochester Rhinos (1997–1999) and was inducted into the Fredonia Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024.
He holds a B.S. from SUNY Fredonia and SUNY Brockport and an M.S. from St. John Fisher College, and currently teaches Physical Education at East Rochester High School.

Assistant Coach
Chuck Domm brings a high-level playing background and emerging coaching pedigree to Southern Tier Strikers. He currently serves on the Alfred State Men’s Soccer coaching staff, reuniting with Head Coach Vince Correa and Assistant Coach Mike Domm, and contributes both on-field coaching and program operations.
Domm was a standout attacker at East Rochester High School, where he helped lead the Bombers to a New York State Class C Championship, two Section V titles, and set the school’s single-season scoring record with 46 goals. He went on to play collegiately at Finger Lakes Community College, earning MSAC Player of the Year and breaking the program’s single-season scoring record with 29 goals. After time at Division I Winthrop University and SUNY Brockport, he completed his collegiate career at Alfred State, earning Second Team All-AMCC honors.
In 2025, Domm played semi-professionally for Eastside United FC in the UPSL, where he led the Western NY Conference in goals and was named Player of the Season. He also coaches with the WNY Flash, manages Eastside United FC, and holds a USSF “E” License.
He holds a B.S. of Science in Sports Management from SUNY Brockport.
Goalkeeper Coach
Dave Feist brings a strong track record of goalkeeper development to Southern Tier Strikers, with experience coaching elite keepers at the high school, collegiate, and semi-professional levels. Known for his technical precision and player-first approach, Feist specializes in building confident, well-rounded goalkeepers who excel in shot-stopping, distribution, positioning, and leadership.
From 2018–2024, Feist served as the Goalkeeper Coach at East Rochester High School, where his goalkeeping unit played a key role in the Bombers winning two Section V titles and the 2020 New York State Class C Championship. Following his success at the high school level, he transitioned to the collegiate ranks, joining Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) and guiding keepers competing in the NJCAA.
In the summer of 2025, Feist served as the Goalkeeper Coach for Eastside United FC of the UPSL Premier Division, helping lead the team to the Western NY West Regular Season Title. Under his guidance, Eastside United’s goalkeeper earned UPSL WNY West Goalkeeper of the Season, further solidifying Feist’s reputation as one of the top goalkeeper developers in the region.
Feist’s commitment to individualized training, technical mastery, and game intelligence makes him an invaluable part of the STS coaching staff and a cornerstone of the club’s goalkeeper development program.
